This morning, the team split into two groups, one that went to play soccer with the boys, and the rest went to hangout with the village women. I went to the village with Julie, Andrea, Gloria, and Merry. We did Bible study, worship, crafts, etc with them. Their children were literally so pretty.
Then we met up with the rest of the team for lunch at a church and we had Panamanian food and fresh mangoes off a tree. After lunch, the children came to the church for some VBS. I met this fresh kid Armando; he's the man. Then we drove back to our compound (which was actually a long ride and Becky trolled my car group with "Caribou"). When we got back, we decided to walk to this nearby market, (which wasn't super eventful, but I just thought that you guys would be interested in knowing the deets). Panama's been super legit so far. Oh, and I'm so good at Spanish now, y'all will be so so impressed.
I knew this was you Liz! Sounded just the way you talk. Praying for you all!
